2023 Trail Maintenance Day Registration

I give permission to the Village of Zeballos to be contacted at the email address and phone number provided in this registration to receive correspondence and updates on the 2023 Little Zeballos Trail - Trail Maintenance Day. 

All volunteers must complete a Liability Waiver form in person on the day of the event. 

By checking this box, I  acknowledge that I cannot begin any work on the Little Zeballos Trail without completing and signing the Liability Waiver provided on the day of the event.
